A Romantic Garden Wedding at Morris Arboretum | Arielle & Kelsey
By Tara Beth Photography
On Sunday, May 25th, I had the honor of capturing Arielle and Kelsey’s stunning wedding at the Morris Arboretum in Philadelphia. Their day was small, intentional, and absolutely filled with joy—every moment felt deeply personal and full of heart.
A Quiet, Intentional Beginning
The day began with a private ketubah signing, a beautiful and sacred moment shared with only their closest loved ones. In the quiet garden light, I captured some of my favorite images of the day—moments filled with connection, emotion, and calm before the celebration.
Cocktail Hour in the Rose Garden
After the ceremony, guests were welcomed into the Rose Garden, which was in full bloom and looked like something out of a dream.
The talented team at We Are Wildflowers created floral arrangements that perfectly complemented the garden’s natural beauty. The combination of the setting, the soft light, and the laughter of guests made for an unforgettable cocktail hour and some truly magical portraits.
Tent Reception Full of Love & Laughter
The celebration moved to the Widener Tent, where the energy and joy never let up.
Philly Custom DJ (Adam Oded) kept everyone on the dance floor all night, and the laughter, dancing, and heartfelt toasts made for the most joyful reception.
Dinner by Seedling & Sage was exceptional, and the elegant wedding cake by Bredenbeck’s Bakery was the perfect sweet touch to close out the evening.
 Style, Beauty & Details
Arielle wore a gorgeous gown from Her Bridal Collective that flowed beautifully with the garden setting.
Their rings from L. Priori Jewelry added timeless sparkle, and Aleksandra Ambrosy created a soft, romantic beauty look that perfectly reflected the day’s vibe.
All of this came together seamlessly thanks to Shannon Wellington Weddings, who made sure everything ran smoothly and stress-free for the couple.
Why I Loved This Wedding
As a Philadelphia wedding photographer, I’m always drawn to weddings that are filled with intention and authenticity. Arielle and Kelsey’s day was an incredible celebration of love, and being trusted to document it was a true honor.
If you’re dreaming of an intimate, nature-filled wedding, Morris Arboretum offers one of the most magical garden settings in the city—and I’d be honored to capture your story there too.
